Charles T. Baskervill has been practicing law in Petersburg and surrounding jurisdictions for more than thirty-six years. He now focuses his practice on drafting wills and powers of attorney and trust agreements; assisting executors and administrators in administering estates; advising trustees, guardians and conservators; and assisting clients in court proceedings for the appointment of guardians and conservators.

Mr. Baskervill is part of a family of persons with legal backgrounds and experience, including his wife, daughter, and late father-in-law.
